Yes, I wouldn't recommend putting any heels this high actually on your or anyone's feet. On the other hand, I would totally display that shoe on a shelf somewhere.

They still are Oxfords, although there's a lot more of the top of the foot showing than usual - the laces are only decorative, so I guess they're about half pump.

Oxford refers specifically to the lacing, but it turns out that these are actually Derbies, the distinction being that the same piece of leather of the vamp serves as the tongue in a Derby.

You will definitely find reference to heeled Oxfords, Oxford booties, Oxford stilettos and the like, though.
