Lady Gaga picspam (image-heavy)

Last night I decided to download a ton of pictures of Lady Gaga, so obviously, the next step is to make a picspam! NOT safe for work! There are several completely naked pictures in here. And nipples.

 

 



By the way, even though I am fortunate to mostly be surrounded by fellow Gaga-lovers, occasionally I see people indulging in Gaga-hate. And that shit isn't cool, so please don't bring it here. I don't care if you don't like Gaga, and will not be in any way edified or enriched to hear about it.

Thank you so much! I only just climbed aboard the Gaga Express myself. It started with crysothemis's SGA vid of Poker Face, and keeps growing. Gods, I hope she can find trustworthy people to handle her money (the area in which Madonna is a true genius), and who don't encourage her to use drugs or Botox. Because WOW, what a talent -- true musicianship along with showmanship and smarts.

I'm inclined to think that she is made of AWESOME, and I love her crazy outfits. The dress made out of Hello Kitties fills me with so much glee. :D

Gaga is a highly educated and intelligent avant-garde artist who's created her own image and business front quite deliberately from the get-go. She worked as a songwriter before Akon helped to launch her career, so she's not inexperienced or particularly young, and I doubt she's going to have any problems of that nature.

I love her the most for her reaction to that one German journalist who flat out asked her whether she had a penis - she had her escorted out of the building.
Someone who was relatively unaware would have probably answered, but the idea of (even just potentially) asking an actual transwoman that is just plain rage-inducing. Never mind asking anyone such a question.

The world needs more artists like her.

and for some reason, I'm trying to see Adam Lambert pulling off even a fraction of these looks. Fashion for men -- even Adam -- is a smaller world, I think.

Hahahha. Well, Adam, like Gaga, doesn't exactly confine himself to the world of men's fashion. Most of the stuff you see him wearing for performance has more to do with costuming than catwalk fashion. But that said, he sticks closer to "real clothes" than Gaga does - to his detriment, I think. The silhouette of a tux or suit just isn't that flattering. He'd look better on the red carpet in one of his costumes. Or, you know, a pile of artistically draped silly string, or whatever.

Gaga is publicly awesome, so there is no reason to feel in the least guilty.

I don't feel guilty. But there are a lot of people who are very dismissive of her, and it's time consuming to explain to them why they're wrong every time she comes up in conversation.
