We bought this Finnish gourmet pistachio icecream last year (Jymy) which was too strongly pistachio-y for me. So it was good mixed 1:1 with vanilla icecream, but most of the time I felt too lazy to do that, and it stayed in the freezer.
Well, just now we made it into smoothies with vanilla icecream, espresso, and amaretto, and that is AMAZING. Pistachio and coffee are pretty great together.
