Wax follows chef Adam Ragusea on YouTube, and this extremely simple recipe is his creation. These are her notes:
Pasta with creamy pea sauce
Adam Ragusea
227g pasta
118ml cream
1 lemon
200g peas
Herbs (Basil, mint)
Salt, pepper
Parmesan
Toasted panko
A little butter + a little panko until brown
Zest + half the lemon into the cream
Thaw peas
Mush peas, cream, herbs, cheese, and seasoning
Boil pasta, drain, add pea mush and some pasta water
Plate and top with panko
Also, I recently accidentally bought two extra jars of peanut butter, so I decided to make peanut butter cookies since there was so much. I haven't done that in ages. Rather than simply use the same old recipe, I googled for one that measures by weight, which is a far superior method of baking, and today we made it for the second time (still not out of the pb).
