Date: 23 Jan 2025 06:34 pm (UTC)I know colorism is a social issue in Black culture in America that I have seen discussed enough times to know it is a common controversy, but also a widespread problem. I've seen some limited discussion of it as a global issue, for example in India and southeast Asia as well. But I've never heard of that movie... I'm going to look it up now.
