i woke up this morning just as

wax_jism was starting her work shift. mine is not for another two hours. anyway, i made hot tea with too much water so when i pulled the mug out of the coffeemaker (i live in a dorm room, not a house: SHUT UP), the water sloshed over the back of my hand and dribbled onto the floor and the plastic cover of my japanese textbook.

two days ago my nails were chipping and tearing after work (surprise surprise!), so i cut them with my sewing scissors to prevent worsening. i really need nail scissors because big-ass scissors are too, well, big-ass for this. the tips are all clumsy. i ended up cutting a little chunk of flesh out from under my pinky nail and it bled, and two days later it still hurts when i type.

in other news, i posted to

pop_icons with this hp icon yesterday and some moron, misunderstanding the caption, said, 'don't hate lol... hp is the shit.' or something along those lines. which at first was amusing but now? now i'm just more and more irritated. they should call it britneyandnickandjustinandmichellebranchandavrillavigneicons, because they actually don't want other things. or possibly stars and swirls icons. there are quite a few of our little resident weirdos on
