what's up with ENCOURAGING the vecchio-centrists? i mean, they don't appear to even need that much encouragement. i've never had any trouble finding it and i've not even looked. there just isn't as much of it. yeah, there should be smiting. ohhhh yes. ::yawn:: if i could be bothered.... freaks.

OK, so now what if I say Kowalski is a stupid little leathery, unattractive creep with bad fashion sense, worse hair sense, and also no chemistry with Fraser whatsoever-- and furthermore, he's turned Fraser into a hateful jerk?

I haven't convinced you, have I? Nothing has been accomplished here except inflammatory statements of contradictory opinion that may lead to fighting.

Seriously. Live and let live is the best strategy here. You don't "get" Vecchio? Most Vecchio fans don't "get" Kowalski. Going around bashing the opposite character and/or fans doesn't do any good. It just upsets people.

If you don't like Vecchio pimpage on DSReporter, you have the option to leave. I left the community because I didn't like some of the things DSReporter was doing, myself. But I really think it's insensitive/a bad idea/useless to start bashing the character and the fans because the people at DSReporter are being fair enough to give them their shot at publicity.

I'll grant you the unattractive-ness point, and I'll let the chemistry one go since perception is different for everyone (even though it means you're horribly blind, of course ;), but -- comic relief character? *blink* Seriously, if Vecchio is comic relief, what does that make Kowalski? Not saying he isn't to a degree, but in comparison...

But, yes: I don't have the cds yet, but my friend got everything from some Russian... thingy, so I'm sure the original version of the songs are on them, too. To wax's address, right? (I probably still have it somewhere -- Yup! There it is.) Or would you prefer your place?
