more housecleaning at iconsensual, and i stopped here (november of last year, ::snort::).

i miss contra-dancing. i'm wondering if i can talk my parents into going to the folk dancing group at the local university, and whether there's enough similarity there to satisfy.

that reminds me of the concept of legwarmers, which i have always found mildly entrancing, for whatever reason.

and that reminds me of socks. like the ones in this icon. we wantses yes precious blah blah.

random--I went to my first dance just two weekends ago in Asheville, NC, and absolutely loved it! The teacher/caller did a great job hooking my friends and me on it. :-) fabulous exercise, that.

well, i'm accustomed to dancing in deerfield, ma, the contra capital of the world. dances around here occur about an hour away and once a month. culture isn't much of a thing in the heart of dixie. anyone who likes is free to friend me, of course.
