cimorenea whole day's worth of tiling a 5' tub surround with 4"x4" tile with a rubber mallet?
(will give you such a crick in the neck!) no. will give you a LOT, and i mean a lot, of pain in your right wrist. if you're right-handed. which i am. yes. OW, can i just say. this had better be the coolest bathroom EVAH to be worth it but it won't be.

me: ::darkly:: sure, to YOU. i'm about to move out in a couple of months!
mom: ::alarmed:: wait, a couple? really?
me: ...um. yes.
mom: so, like, TWO months?
me: what? no!
mom: so september. that's what you're talking about? september.
me: yes!
mom: you're not leaving before then?
me: (i wish.) noooooooooo.
mom: okay. GOOD.
...um. ahahahahah.
in other news the tiles and walls are going to be monochrome in dark bright wedgwood blue, with chrome fixtures and a white medicine cabinet and lavendar and lime green towels. (towels lillian's choice, white pedestal sink mom's, rest of design mine.) pictures will no doubt forthcome at some later date. last night i tossed fitfully and had (count 'em) three nightmares, and woke up determined to stay up all night if necessary to guarantee that i wouldn't go to bed before i was actually tired. well, after all that tiring, i napped the sleep of the righteous, ie, aching all over but especially the right wrist and utterly exhausted. dreamless, even. booyeah.
and i fixed up the day view of my journal to match the main page and the friends page and the spiffiness is just, oh, unBEARABLE.
