the general practice doctor i saw was supposed to refer me to an iatrist. i walked out and the receptionist said i needed to make the appointment myself, but she would call the referral over right away. it's been two weeks, i call for the appointment, and they've never heard of the referral. i'm supposed to call and 'make sure.' but oops! regular office hours are over.
