when i got back from taking lillian to school marmalade stalked across the porch to me, meowing. i had the door unlocked but i sat down on the step. he twined under my legs and when i picked him up, curled up readily, purring, and demanded stridently to have his head and neck scratched. i stayed there for probably twenty minutes. he was the cutest thing EVER, with his cute little kitteh faces, kneading my knee, arching his wee back. it made me want to write a sequel to tennessee just so i could write him again. it made me think crazy things like putting him in every story i write about viggo from now on, including the current Manly Yet Gay Camping Adventure. (
