watched singin in the rain last night, and am still riding the warm glow. plus, i haven't used up all the extras yet. there's a long documentary and some bonus footage and... oh, the end of the commentary (although last time i found that rather boring). it gave me some sort of energy-burst for revising the story. i'm having horrid title trouble. i started with 'star,' then changed it to 'know,' which i also didn't like. right now i'm at 'geisha girl,' though i considered '...and write that symphony' too. i have some dialogue, some cuddling, and possibly a sex scene to add to it. my, my, it's a regular novella.

i'm out of dog food. daddy's just going to have to give me more money.

record-setting six dead fish yesterday, of which only three were familiar. today i only saw one. took a different route, all the way around the lake.
