i made a wee purse out of the legs from my Gay Pride Cutoffs (tm). it doesn't suck too badly. there's some messiness that can be redeemed when i add patches to it and draw on it with magic markers. i intend to do so as the spirit moves me. it has a zip (which isn't as long as the opening--that was intentional--but it's *much* shorter, at least three or four inches, and *that* wasn't intentional. it was hard to sew on too; i should've got the separating kind instead of the jeans kind) and a nice brilliant green lining.

watched a smallish new zealand movie last night, whale rider. the happy ending was too contrived, but the child actress was stunningly good, and sort of pretty-but-unusual looking.

I'm so *jealous* because get both Whale Rider, which I've wanted to see since I'd heard about it and my two best friends besides you didn't take me with them because of driving distance and the other for both is Gay Pride!!! I'm so *jealous* AAARRRGH!!! Plus, y'know, I totally miss you on AIM. I must venture into Trillian again pretty soon...
