maybe i should post totally randomly more often. the 'this is fslocked' thing wasn't--we were diagnosing a style problem in wax's friendspage, where protected posts happen to say security: public on them. we noticed it on one post of

navia's and our interest was so piqued as to call for some experimentation.

we've been watching a bit of firefly, only five episodes so far, but i'm into it, except for the occasional wince at the title theme and some of those other western trappings. plus simon and mal have some nice chemistry which i quite like. i've poked around

recsrainbow a bit, but i haven't hit one of those goldmine recs pages yet, and i'm not quite ready to attack an archive, so i continue to slog.
