cimorenethe parental units are making the move from apartment back to their newly-refurbished homestead--the floors have been poured even, two ramps and a power lift installed (it's about four feet above the ground on all sides), handicapped-accessible bathrooms and a low sink and food preparation surface. home for christmas thanksgiving christmas! he actually got the tickets for the 19th through the 30th, i think, which is longer than i wanted. i ACTUALLY hoped to go at thanksgiving so i could spend christmas with wax and her family, but at least i'll finally make it in time for the mece's fabled new year's eve shindig.
