Even back in the day when I didn't get routed to Bangalore, it was still only a 50/50 shot that you'd get someone with a clue. I'm still bitter about the woman who, in response to an established modem problem, told me to *defrag my harddrive*. < /rage >

let us not forget The Laptop That Still Can't Get On The Internet Because Their Website Lied And Called It XP-Compatible. I've tried to talk my parents into wiping the HD and installing win98 for lillian, but they lost their installation disc. !!! pure EVIL man.
if i ever needed a laptop i would buy a powerbook, compatibility be damned.
