yeah, the other deep thought that i forgot to post yesterday is that...

there should be no such thing as laughing too much. laugh at your own jokes. laugh as long as you like. just laugh whenever you feel like laughing. whoever invented the idea that something is wrong with laughter? i am disgusted with the idea that you should feel, what, ashamed? to be happy, or amused, or joyous, or even hysterical. if someone's got some sort of reaction to laughter, of all things, that's THEIR problem.

should have net at home by next fredag. don't expect a post from wax; i'm at the university library. right now she's my hemmafru (though she says, no! i'm just unemployed! if you cared to ask), heh heh. always bustling about putting the laundry IN the closet, rather than the couch, or the rinsed dishes IN the sink and not next to it. she also appears to LIKE doing dishes, which is good because there is no dishwasher here.

damn, we need an all regions dvd player. guinevere33 gave me the anniversary collector's singin in the rain, with all KINDS of cool extras on a whole separate disc.

hemmafru is swedish, which, yes, is somewhat like dutch. cause, you know, they're both germanic languages. and quite closely related, says wax. i hear germans can mostly understand written, though not spoken, swedish.

wax did once, i think when she was angry. the conversation went something like...:

me: haha. you are SO dorky.
her: you're not cool.

her: no you're not. you talk too much and then you laugh at your own jokes.
