that was a nice slash gathering, but it started too late. i mean, actually, any earlier and wax would have been comatose the whole time, so i guess i should schedule them when she's had plenty of sleep; but it only lasted five hours. besides four s3 due south episodes including one i'd never seen before, we watched "the trouble with tribbles", and HOW MUCH do i love that? a lot. really a lot. it's such an established relationship episode! and it has captain kirk's little wrap blouse! which chi pointed out has become pilly in the wash. tsk!

we always end these things with more potentially radioactive foodstuffs than we begin them with. the potato chips are bad enough, but what i'm really worried about are these prepackaged "donuts". and maaaaaaaaaaybe i shouldn't've made a double batch of cookies.

writing stuff

speaking of writing stuff, i don't think wax mentioned that some guy was inspired by void (which she hasn't even finished) to write a thingy of his own, which he's had published, and it's now at amazon.com, complete with a character based on elijah wood. HAHAHAHAHHAAH. much as i wish she would finish void that dark harbor fic anything, nobody deserves that, man, nobody. and yet... it's so blackly hilarious.
