recs update

have decided to update a bit more often, every month or so, instead of waiting until i have prepared three giant batches and several hundred recs or something. this time we have, mainly:

+ 29 stargate: atlantis recs (mostly sheppard/mckay, a bit of gen)

and then, also, there are 4 due south and 2 sentinel.
