What is the difference between "Excuse me" and "Pardon me"?

"Excuse me" is the polite way of acknowledging that you are inconveniencing someone else.

"Pardon me" is the polite way of pointing out that someone else is causing you inconvenience.

what do you guys think: should this stay all ohmiya except when i'm like, so in love with an aiba/jun picture that i can't help myself? or should i post other random loveable pictures?

eta: perhaps i should've doctored the picture with an arrow or something, but plz to notice ohno grabbing nino's arm. my contextual interpretation of this gesture is that he was anxious nino was going to step further away from him. and possibly put something even sillier on his head.
