Canon for Gokusen (manga) is finished and published.

But not yet scanlated. :X

(The scanlations are still actively in production by Impossibility Completely Oblivious; the last release was v.9 ch.6, and according to reports volume 15 is the final volume.)

Marimekko pears

Finland has eaten me - I have become a slavish devotee of Marimekko. Some of last summer's prints were hard to resist, and many of the new things I've been seeing in the boutique window this spring have been getting cooler and cooler, but with the pears print they have finally passed the boundary of Too Fabulous For Words.

I want to buy ( this pear bag for my mother, )

( this one for me, )

( and most of all, these pear-print sneakers. )

I can't have them, though, because yesterday I bought ( these. )

And also because Marimekko stuff is expensive. Alas.
