pics or it didn't happen?
5 Nov 2012 07:26 amOne of my biggest problems with making things lately is photographing them after. It's dark all the time in November, and it's really hard to take decent photos without natural light!
Using the sunlamp helps, but any photo taken before sunrise (today: 8:07 am) or after sunset (today: 4:20 pm) still comes out with too much contrast and unnatural colors.
But Wax and I have both been knitting bunches, plus several people have asked me to show them pictures of things (shadowbox, dog in his puppy sweater, etc). I finished a sweater for Wax last week (although we're planning to rip the buttonband off and make a different one because it doesn't lie right) and she finished one for me a few weeks before that, and I still haven't managed to get good, well-lit pictures of either one.
