Tall rustic equestriany brown boots
6 Dec 2013 04:14 pmI'm worried about my beloved Dr Martens getting too much wear, especially as they have a zipper, and so I kind of want another pair of tall boots for wintertime. The problem is I kind of fell in love with (and imprinted on) Hush Puppies' "Rustique" earlier this fall and now they're out of stock in brown everywhere, and as I browse around I can't quite settle on anything else that I like enough.
They have to be tall, they have to be brown, they have to look sturdy, they have to have good grippy soles, they have to be waterproof. I like an equestrian-based look and a dark, waxy leather. I want the boots to be capable of functioning if I have a steampunk costume emergency. Here are some I was looking at.
1. Remonte "Acca" 2. Kickers "Groove Up" in brown
3. Office "Achilles" in tan suede 4. Timberland 14" premium in dark brown
5. Timberland "Charles Street High" in brown 6. Rocket Dog "Terry" in Brown Vintage
