Tall rustic equestriany brown boots

I'm worried about my beloved Dr Martens getting too much wear, especially as they have a zipper, and so I kind of want another pair of tall boots for wintertime. The problem is I kind of fell in love with (and imprinted on) Hush Puppies' "Rustique" earlier this fall and now they're out of stock in brown everywhere, and as I browse around I can't quite settle on anything else that I like enough.

They have to be tall, they have to be brown, they have to look sturdy, they have to have good grippy soles, they have to be waterproof. I like an equestrian-based look and a dark, waxy leather. I want the boots to be capable of functioning if I have a steampunk costume emergency. Here are some I was looking at.
