Our tenant gave a month's notice.

Now we've gotta find another tenant! Can't make the mortgage (and water and electric) on this place without another 500€+. Fortunately our SIL put it on facebook for us - neither of us uses it.

Last time we were quite lucky to find someone by word of mouth who was in the friend of friend range, so quickly that we never even had a chance to take photos of the place. I went through my photos looking and found out there's no clear picture of the kitchen or bathroom or the second public room at all.
