cimorenewait. wait. whoa. i really, REALLY need to know what these lyrics mean. i'm just torturing myself right now by recognising like one word in six.
i also keep noticing, as i listen to tezuka's and ryoma's albums and singles mixed together in a playlist, that the repetition of phrases and words from song to song extends past just the duets and dedications. some of them are even fairly innocuous, like "higher, stronger" and "everyone is here". i should start making notes.

even though i am absolutely convinced that 'choosing their own paths' only involves being in different places for a few years at most before they set up house and conquer the world of pro tennis together. nobody can angst like tezuka, though.

this is what i say, but actually i'm feeling wibbly and getting sniffly. DAMMIT. tezuka, why must you angst so effectively!
