uh, yesterday i cut off most of my hair.

before:

after:

i may cut the rest off on a whim in the near future; i haven't had my hair like this in a long time and it looks weird to me, but [livejournal.com profile] wax_jism insists it doesn't.

I love it so much. The little sweeping ear pieces are freaking adorable. If I had them I would probably play with them all day. :O

it's actually a kirk/spock poster but kirk's head is kinda inset at the bottom. [livejournal.com profile] guinevere33 stole an original 60s photo-comic-novelisation of "city on the edge of forever" from the breakroom at the summer camp she used to work at just for me. this is an enlarged colour xerox of one of the pages so it has a voice bubble and everything too. ♥

thank you! i was just thinking that i look very vaguely like i could be your distant, non-model cousin. maybe it's just because i have seen you in a wig that looks like my haircut, though. but perhaps we have a similar ethnic background.

I also love how I randomly misspell 'Spock'. FAIL.

To my utter delight, my dad had a Star Trek novel lying about somewhere. 'The Starship Trap', or something? I keep squeeing in delight at inopportune moments...

i've never read a tos novel, just some of peter david's tng ones. he's kinda pulpy and cheesy but he can be brilliantly funny. and he does excellent q.

You would make such a great Vulcan... I'm thinking all T'Pring-ish, all haughtiness and ice cold pretty and liquid eyeliner and stern-faced and ♥.

there must be somewhere on the internets. however, i'd feel really silly if i paid international shipping for them. ...costume shops it is!

And piled atop her head. And so much silver eyeshadow!

Now you have to be a Vulcan. And post pictures.

Ears: €6
Shipping: €38
Having Vulcan Ears: NOT WORTH €38 SHIPPING

Understandable. XD

It was really quite good! I liked the way the person wrote Spock, dry and a hidden sense of humour and Kirk noticing all these little things about it. Plus fantastic McCoy-Spock interaction.
