grandma is much better; they think it was "just" a stroke, not a heart attack. stuff is back to normal? she recognized people.

i feel like i have cheated fate.

this means i have to go to her house the next opportunity i have to visit.

small price to pay, i suppose.

hehe. don't have portable sound recorder. otoh, have several months in which to rectify this? guess i am going out [mid]west this summer after all. hope this does not mean i cannot go to mexico.
