So it's really annoying that to avoid hunger you can't just eat every now and then, you have to keep eating. I get this hunger pain and it just seems totally gratuitous, cause I'm like, dammit, I ate yesterday! What do you want from me?

This isn't natural. It's the lovely world of SSRIs. Now I'm off to chug lukewarm mint tea until my hunger pang-induced nausea calms down enough for me to eat something!
