Wouldn't green and orange work better as camo if you were trying to sneak up on someone in a pumpkin patch? this looks more like he wants to hide in a bunch of Halloween trinkets. The orange and black combination is a dead giveaway. I can only conclude that his quarry is some sort of small child. Probably an evil small child.
