For those who saw this morning's shoe post and immediately wanted to order "Blair", I got it from the Europe view of the official DM site, and it's not available in North America. "Serena" is, however, along with some others, so it's possible that it will be along soon.
Serena is black and pink in the US shop, black, pink, grey, or brown in Europe; Blair is black, pink, or brown, but apparently not grey, unless the site is broken.
