More pictures from outside the courthouse, on the way out this time - thus the giddiness. I jump on Wax all the time, not to mention just sort of lean on her, drape over her, climb on her, or hang off of her, usually prompting her to ask me if I have a hanging ticket (it's a Swedish thing) and if not to get off. I realized belatedly that I should have told the judge yes, I wanted hanging rights in the vows, but it didn't occur at the time. (When my cousin Aubry looked at these, she said, 'It looks like you're groping her boob!' I don't think I was, but in all fairness, I frequently am, so it's quite possible.)

Actually, we ticked the "spouse" box for both of us on the form! I've always disliked the single-breadwinner-family, homemaker implications of the term "wife", which are stronger now that women talk about needing wives or about stay-at-home-husbands being the "wife" (jokingly of course) in pop culture. I've always preferred gender-neutral terminology anyway, though. When growing up, my parents called each other "pice" due to a joke about the plural of spouse ("spice"), and that was always really sweet.
