You've already seen pics of our wedding, but since nobody dressed up or posed or danced, those are less exciting. I have been forcefully charged with making sure I have photo documentation of my bridesmaid outfit by isilya not once but several times, and also by some other people, and despite the fact that I didn't bring my own camera on the big day, I can finally deliver! These pictures taken by my mom and my favorite aunt, Cherrie (the mother of the bride).

I'm afraid it's the only unobstructed full-length view of my outfit and thus the only one that includes my smoky stockings as well as my kickass shoes - which were totally the coolest and most authentic of everybody's. MoH Tesia is very pregnant, though it's hard to tell in this photo, but was nonetheless the most stunningly gorgeous of all. But all other bridesmaids are dressed in the Carmen dress by Stop Staring! clothing, which is a trendy retro glamor label. My dress cost 150 bucks, which isn't bad, and the quality of design and construction was very definitely there. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone getting married - they're stunning cocktail gowns and 1000% more re-wearable than your average bridesmaid dress.

Funniest dancing pic ever! I love how Amanda and J look like they're giving us dubious faces and, going by the poses we're caught in, it's probably due to our dancing. I think we're actually dancing while eating cake here. Note Wax's cool tattoos and the beige sweater which transforms my silver screen sex-kitten outfit into a frumpy mess. Fun times!

When it was time to leave, we put back on our knee socks and hoodies for the mad dash out to Cherrie and Joe's car, and ended up dancing a bit more against the bar. Also headbanging when Jayme put on Social Distortion, but Cherrie didn't upload any pictures of that. :(

Your hairdo is perfect, you could and should rock the 40s & 50s style all the time. And it would go with your favorite shoes ;)

Nah, my favorite shoes are Docs and Converse. In fact, this is my all the time hairstyle, just with the addition of a giant flower barette and a ribbon headband. It's more 20s-30s though.

You should never change your hairstyle ;) Your hair and short sleek dresses go splendidly with the Mary Janes and the sturdy heeled girly high-heels in your icons. (And how come my fashion English is so shitty? Some fashion blogs would be good for my vocabulary :) )

Heh. The other chicks are more authentic 40s at least in the US - mainly because they used tons of hair-product for artificial waves then. But my hair is so short, and already in a 20s bob, that that would have been hard to do.

Those shoes are great, really. Too bad they are such a pain to walk in.
