Here is my Real Cowboy Uncle, Bruce, holding up a plate of delicious hamburgers and fries from my Uncle Joe's favorite microbrewery restaurant in Lawrence, Kansas (behind him is my dad's red checked shirt). Wax and I shared a black bean burger that was incredibly delicious and I wasn't even able to finish my half, and still didn't have room for dessert.
