LOL! No, the plebefic is always there, I just haven't collected it as hardcore recently: I haven't even tried to collect any since the Event. When I started doing this, I used to happily spend four or five hours at a time paging through back catalogs of plebefic communities. Nowadays, when I run out, I skim the tops off of a few and stop as soon as I get bored.
