[I get the feeling that more than one of those words doesn't mean what you think it means.]

Sometimes I open them out of curiosity, but after years of periodic slushpile- and archive-wading (as I call it), even that curiosity is a bit dulled because I've learned to predict that they usually aren't as funny after you read them (or as interesting as they might occasionally seem from the headers). I very, very rarely have a fandom (usually a new, small one) that I'm interested in enough to actually open & try to read everything!

Smart move. I was asking mainly because of number four, which I had to read three times to kind of understand. I was curious to know if that was a problem throughout the story, or if the author just got a little...wordsy (like handsy with words. Somewhat like molesting them.) with the summary.

Hahhahaha. Yeah. I honestly don't even remember which fandom that one was! I do sometimes click when I have that sort of curiosity, but sometimes I'm in a hurry and just scroll by.

I've probably read it more than three times hoping to untangle it. XD
