Was one of the pairs of shoes supposed to be orange? I'm seeing two pairs of dark/black sandals.

No. That's just what they're named. You'd have to take it up with Fly London, I guess, but I've definitely seen stupider names out there so the industry as a whole is probably a lost cause.
