a guy with 20 goats called car talk. he wants to use an electrical charge to train them not to jump up on cars when he's fixing them, and he wants to know if that would interfere with the cars' electrical systems.

twenty goats.

[edit: do the gay sheepfarmers have this problem, i wonder? or can they even afford a car?]

yeah. well, he could always not mix the cars and the goats. and then--i mean, if you don't want goats on your cars you don't HAVE to have twenty goats.
