revelations are gifts from outta the blue (some however have to be nurtured a bit before offering them to the world at large) i accept your 2 as very insightful and would add:
-- when i create silver jewelry and use turquoise, why do so many people exclaim, "oh, i see you make indian jewelry" -- do i look indian?
-- nor do i think the seeds of flowering plants (eg soy) should be shaped like hamburgers

turquoise is an inherently indian thing, like wearing black leather boots is inherently british and fur hats are inherently russian, even if worn by a greek professor.

and horses are inherently, uh, where do horses come from, anyway?
