missing in action: cat snugglebag carrier

I got a cat carrier that's like a bag with a zipper and just the head sticks out for carrying Snookums to the vet and used it exactly ONE time, over a year ago, and now I can't find it anywhere. Tomorrow is his first vet checkup since then and I spent an increasingly annoyed forty-five minutes or so repeatedly going through all the places near where I remembered putting it and all the places I thought I might have put it.

Our house's ability to eat objects is truly impressive.

And Snookums is harder to carry, because heavier, (and more upset and hence louder) in the traditional soft-sided carrier. Maybe I'll put him in one of those top-zip briefcase bags and just leave a little gap unzipped above his head instead.

I can't believe I can't find it though! Where could it even GO?

Snookums is just his earned name. His registered name is Russel [sic] Crowe.

Yeah, what can you say about a name this bonkers? It would be bad enough if she had spelled it right. The name really feels too good a joke for just one cat, somehow.

I would actually take this because I still have to take him to the vet for teeth cleaning in the next few weeks, provided his blood work doesn't turn up anything bad.
