It's really irritating when someone is basically pleasant and helpful and my life would be more convenient if I liked them more but I just find them... well... irritating. I have real trouble figuring out what it is that I don't vibe with too, so it's totally possible that there's a good underlying reason and also possible that it's completely unfounded and petty. I wish I could just turn off being annoyed sometimes.

But also, I'm not a particularly intuitive or articulate judge of character, and I really wish I could drag in my friend Ella, who is, as a consultant. She could tell me why I don't like them, no doubt. Unfortunately it is not to be.

I mean that both seriously and amusingly and agree there is an occasional mismatch - my work frenemy is perfectly nice and sincere and we do not like each other at all.

It's an irl person, that's why it's so annoying! It's really easy to avoid people online!

Every time I meet someone like that, they turn out to be a christofascist, so I've decided I should just listen to my little voice on that one.

Unlikely to be literally the case in Finland, though not impossible. But they can still be the same personality type without that.

Yeah. And even here, they used to try to keep it on the downlow. Now it's like, "Oh, nice Punisher skull tattoo. Not too many women can carry that off."
