Come rain, come sleet, come snow

I've been trying to order more stamps this weekend, after getting a notice in the mail that you can have them delivered directly to your mailbox, which makes sense as it's the postal service that sells them, but I never thought of it before.

However, the website couldn't agree with my mobile browser and I forgot my wallet elsewhere when I made the attempt from the desktop.

I've sent enough postcards already, and always in batches, that I have almost no memory of what went to whom (not that it had to be that many for this to happen), so I have little opportunity to guess how long they've taken when someone tells me they got one. It's always a nice surprise and a pleasant little mystery.

I have a bunch more postcards left, though.
