I have a lot of fountain pen ink. It's not that I don't want it - I feel a compulsion to have all the colors - it's just that I can't use it up very fast.

I also have some empty sample vials because I love to order fountain pen ink samples.

So - can I send some samples to anyone? I realize that the amount of people who use bottled ink is even smaller than the amount who use fountain pens, but it's not impossible...

Hey there! So we don't know each other... but if that's okay for you, I'd LOVE some ink samples. I've been drawing/paining with watercolours for some time but I've recently gotten into ink as a complimentary medium to watercolour, so I'm very excited about trying out various inks.
I'd be happy to pay for postage. I'm in Warsaw, Poland. Would that work? If not just let me know, no problem of course!

oooh YES PLEASE absolutely! I also don't use my inks very fast at all but for this reason precisely I've found using sample sizes is better than whole bottles (though I still have bought a bottle of grey last summer, ah)

Oh, wonderful! Thanks! If you have any violet/purple that would be wonderful. Otherwise any tones that are more natural, organic? The ones I've got are all harsh, cold, or like magenta - by and large rare in nature. So maybe if you have some to spare, I could use softer colours that have more of a botanical, muddier/rustier feel? Does that make sense?

My email address is armadillo.1976.on.ao3 @ gmail.com - I'd be happy to pay postage etc!

I like red especially deep/blood red, blue-greens, greys - and no emphasis on iridescence or duo tones stuff bc I love them but I write too fine or it to show… but I’ll take anything gratefully to try it once! 🧡

Ooh purple is nice too! I hadn’t thought about it. Anyway. The grey I bought is the Herbin one actually, glad you checked! I was slightly disappointed bc I write so fine that it ends up looking way too pale, paler than the samples I saw and played with in the shop. I still like it but haven’t yet found the right usage for it. 🧡

Intriguing! I've been increasingly drawn to making vaguely botanical abstract art, so I think that would fit right in. I'd get to use it for sure. Brown sounds great!

I haven't tried poussière de lune, no, but I should! I LOVE Diamine Earl grey, I tried it with a friend's pen once and that's actually the grey I wanted but the shop I went to didn't have it. Moonstone seems a little too brown for me perhaps compared to earl grey? I'm not sure. I don't trust myself with screens and comps much tbh.

I'll go PM my address!

It took forever (no idea why), but I finally got the package today! <3 Thank you so much, I love your choices, I read the letter and will block out time tomorrow to try them all out. Even just looking at the vials makes me so happy though! I'll make the donation to the cause you suggested. THANK YOU!
PS. Yeah, my last name is looooooooong. In Polish it works well but when it has to be spelled it's a loooooooot of work!
