my baby sister cuddlepint, who is ten and awfully adorable, wants to add people to her buddy list. she requests that people email her about this. i'm not sure why just adding her wouldn't work.

okay, so. am not happy. something with the meds, or something else? 1. i hope i didn't double my dose of prozac yesterday. but i think i did. 2. shit. 3. i DID take the anxiety stuff. and yet here i am, all wired and jumpy.

..as thoughtful as you appear in lj, i'm sure you've considered drug interactions--not with other medications, but with food--some foods which seem to be not "that" different, oj and grapefruit j, react quite differently with meds--i've thought of keeping a food log 'cause some days things are "just outta whack" but that would require some organization and it's easier to just chalk up a days anxiety, grouchyness, blues, lethargy, whatever to: hey, that's life--but i still wonder--with the money to docs and pharmacies, why is my life still so bumpy?
