what is with the bitchiness today?

everyone know aynatonal's hello gorgeous icon, a pinup i made and which she used for quite some time?



okay. so then yesterday, someone who recently joined iconsensual, which i own with oneko_briar--purrkitten, if anyone knows her ::shrug::--posted a comment to a post in that community using this icon.

behold.

and here you can see a post in her personal journal using it where i left a comment asking her to desist.

aynatonal, did you tell her she could have it? it seems a breach of icon etiquette to me to use it otherwise even if you're not using it anymore. and a little odd even so because quite a few people associate it with you. (i didn't look at the name when i saw the icon, assumed it was you right away!)

I most certainly did *not* give her permission to use it. Never, never. I rotate my icons pretty frequently and believe me, that one will be coming back. I just wanted to give it a rest for a bit. But it's mine! All mine! You gave it to me!

well, that link has a link to what i said to her which was:

"i made that icon quite a while ago and it belongs to aynatonal. i post icons for people to use all the time, and i often fulfill personal requests, so really there's no need to steal other people's. unless aynatonal told you that you could use it, you need to delete it."

bitchbitchbitch. if no response soon i will talk to jill about making the community closed and blocking her from it.
