wax_jism and myself are collaborating on, at the end of 5 scenes out of 10 (which is to say, 5 apiece; 10 out of 19 planned, as a whole)--has reached
58 pages and more than 27,000 words.
this is going to be a novel when it's finished, albeit a smallish one. and sirius and remus are FINALLY going to get their happy ending. i keep getting distracted from writing cause i just want to pet them to death! um, /squee. so anyway, yes. very long. did not realize this when we embarked on it, but i think it'll be better this way. we picked a rather complicated plot to tackle and we're being a bit finicky about it along the way.
for anyone who cares, wax is going to go through and fix all the spellings to british where i americanize them :).
