i dreamed that i went to visit my friend sara munro at wellesley. when i arrived and was trying to find her, i was hanging about in a big administrative building, where donna (from tww) was the secretary, and she was registering me for prefrosh weekend stuff. then a lot of people showed up for some kind of sporting event, and they put a step stool on the floor and two girls would climb up the stairs (on both sides. look, i don't know) and put their arms up in the air and flail, trying to reach each others' heads. wellesley won. they were wearing rugby shirts. donna had to stand and cheer for them before she could register me. then both teams went to the window to look out at the garden, where a little ring full of plants was also full of a family of gigantic bullfrogs. and then my dad was there, and he insisted on looking for sara in her dorm even though donna knew where she was going to be and it wasn't in her dorm. there was an outdoor escalator, and when i finally caught up to dad sara caught up to us soon after and grabbed me. she and her friend had been wandering about in a graveyard because, as she said, it was 'so pretty!' and she insisted that i come.

i never sleep normally. in my sleep i always think my dog is in bed with me, and i always wake up sort of woozily holding my feet still to give him room, and only after remember.
