i have--well, had a minute ago--a lapful of mostly compliant puppy and blanket, and simultaneously the blues. i shouldn't be throwing minor tantrums--in fact, i'm still kinda loopy and dizzy with ecstaticness, but i suppose my brain shorted out there, unable to handle the ecstasy. because instead i'm busy being depressed that it's going to be, um, like, 20 days until i can go, and so i have the blues! gasp. not really. i don't know. but i want my waxlet, who is so close and yet so far. i was just chatting with

mece and she's THERE now (or, maybe not anymore but she was) but his wife needed the computer. close and yet far, see. i should be writing an essay today, not daydreaming wistfully or mournfully or whatever i'm doing.

oh, and we're not seeing ttt on friday after all. important andy has it scheduled for saturday and that's

cuddlepint's slumber party, the 21st. which is, i think, also when you return,

guinevere33? still jetlagged, though, i'll bet. maybe we can have our slumber party with due south bloopers sunday? waxlet's working solid now until christmas.
