tea is quite fearsomely cute here curled up between my legs and the arm of wax's chair.

i'm thinking i need to learn some swedish--granny brought me yogurt and granola earlier, at four or so, and i ate three bowlsful so i suppose i was hungry. and then she came in to fiddle with the heater and said something about tea being on my lap. well, as you've noticed i'm pretty smug there myself. her little nose is tucked down against my stomach and the end of her tail's in the air, curled around like a question mark.

wax and i seem to be having some small conflicts over her ticklishness. see, like, for instance, you know how under your ear your jaw curves around with this one pronounced little corner? well, somehow she has come by this wonderfully soft skin there. it's not MY fault if it's ticklish.

phineasjones supports me in this. the intent is not to tickle, therefore it is not a tickle! i have to take more responsibility for the spots on her ribs. i'm ticklish myself. i can only say, in my defense, that i tend to forget.
