cimorenewe're watching a swedish spy thriller captioned in swedish. after a bite or two of season three buffy, that is. apparently we're supposed to be imaginative about food and have dinner planned before noon tomorrow so wax can get ingredients (although allow me to clarify that this is strictly improvisational cooking). the plot of buffy, er, ever thickens.
the plot of chain of fools, speaking of plots, was quite something, rather like a douglas adams novel, or some of the more madcap early diana wynne jones. only without the magic? i'm sure there's something closer, only, you know, i don't read stuff without magic...
wax has set forward the tentative plan of going into turku tomorrow so that i can shower at her brother's and wash my hair. the latter cannot be done here because the hot water would run out too fast. after tomorrow, though, i'm thinking we can rig something with a bucket.
it's funny, but real life conversations with wax really are a great deal like live versions of aim conversations. except it doesn't bother as much not having her complete attention when i'm able to reach the soft bits of her neck.
