so, hello, cruel world. actually, after a brief struggle with the cold air outside the blankets, i've been perky enough all morning to seriously alarm wax. perhaps it's a post-medication rebound from a pensive funk that lasted all last night, almost, from the end of ttt to the end of the bus ride from turku. my ire is easily aroused, and my pensiveness is aroused much more easily. i was steaming and stewing and running about in acrobatic little mental circles for hours upon hours. and like ITCHING to jump and. do stuff. a good look at wax's face from the right angle made it melt away, or maybe i was ready to be over it anyway. ate extensively! two ham sandwiches (on little round rye rolls) and a slice of pancake (which is, like... this thick foamy cake that does not rise very much and is baked, not fried... in a pan) with watery berry preserves which look remarkably like berry syrup. we weren't near out, but granny's making more right now anyway.

what with this spectacular blizzard, and the walking to the store and back, well, it's a day for living on the edge... not to mention wrapping myself shamelessly around the cupcake and licking her neck with the door open.

her EARS are ticklish. how unfortunate is that?
